In this article, Tiantai beer equipment launch 10BBL two vessel brew system for micro brewery.
In some countries use barrel unit for beer machine, here 10bbl is 1200 liter.
As brewery space is limited, so we design the hot water tank,
and glycol water tank to be tall and thin.
In order to save labor, our customer also added the flexible auger with grist silo.
There is one hopper under the grist miller machine to connect with flexible auger to
avoid the dusts.
This design has a good feedback from brewers.
Heat Exchanger is used to cool the hot wort, and then the cooled wort goes to
fermentation tank to ferment.
This is stainless steel plate, high heat transfer efficiency, and not to rust.
