1.500L/5HL Brite Tank Introduction
TIANTAI 500L/5HL stainless steel brite beer tanks , also known as a bright beer tank (BBT), is an essential piece of equipment in modern breweries, designed for the final stage of beer maturation and clarification. After fermentation and conditioning, beer is transferred into the brite tank where it undergoes carbonation, clarification, and storage before packaging. The name “brite” comes from the bright, clear appearance of the beer once it has settled in the tank. Constructed from high-quality stainless steel, 500L/5HL brite tanks are typically equipped with cooling jackets, pressure-rated designs, sight glasses, sampling valves, and carbonation stones. These features allow brewers to precisely control temperature and carbonation levels, ensuring consistent flavor, aroma, and mouthfeel in every batch. The smooth interior finish and sanitary fittings also make cleaning and maintenance efficient, which is critical for preserving beer quality and preventing contamination.

- Function: Clarifies beer (removes haze, yeast, proteins).Carbonates beer to the desired level. Acts as a buffer tank for packaging into kegs, bottles, cans, or direct serving.
