This high-capacity tunnel-type pasteurizer is designed for continuous and efficient thermal treatment of bottled beverages, providing precise sterilization while preserving flavor and quality. Capable of processing 6000bottles per hour, depending on bottle size and layout, it is ideal for medium- to large-scale beverage production lines, including beer, kombucha, juices, and functional drinks.


Bottles enter the system at 4°C and are gradually heated to 25–35°C, ensuring gentle temperature transition. The pasteurization section maintains a sterilization temperature of 63°C with high precision (±1°C) for uniform thermal treatment. The sterilization zone measures 2400 mm in length, allowing adjustable dwell times of 17–20 minutes, while the total thermal cycle completes in 43 minutes. The effective sterilization width of 920 mm accommodates multiple rows of bottles, optimizing throughput and flexibility.
The system is equipped with three 20T/h warm water pumps and one 20T/h hot water pump, providing stable water circulation across the temperature zones. Temperature is precisely controlled using a DN40 pneumatic diaphragm valve, and the PLC-controlled electrical cabinet enables intelligent monitoring and easy operation. Bottles are smoothly transported through the system on inlet and outlet conveyor belts, with adjustable speeds ranging from 110 to 553 mm/min.
Heating is provided by 0.2–0.4 MPa steam, in combination with 6 m³ of circulating hot water, ensuring uniform thermal distribution throughout the sterilization zone. All components in contact with bottles and water—including the machine frame, conveyor belt, and spray nozzles—are made of SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring hygiene, durability, and corrosion resistance.
With overall dimensions of 15500×2000×2550mm, this tunnel pasteurizer combines a compact footprint with high throughput, precise control, and reliable performance. It is an ideal solution for modern beverage production facilities seeking efficient, safe, and consistent sterilization for bottled products.
