All joints feature a fully sanitary design with 100% TIG Argon Gas Welding, delivering smooth, pit-free welds without dead corners. The system is specifically configured for two-stage propagation to maximize yeast activity before pitching into main fermenters. Precise temperature control is maintained via dimple cooling jackets and glycol circulation, while an integrated aeration system with a built-in stone and sanitary valves allows for efficient dissolved oxygen management to stimulate yeast reproduction. For straightforward and thorough internal cleaning, the tanks are CIP-ready and include a 360° rotary spray ball and dedicated cleaning port.
