1.Overview
The bag filter is a specialized liquid filtration device that effectively removes contaminants from liquids, significantly improving their quality. When using a bag filter, the liquid enters the housing from the side inlet, flows from the top of the filter bag into the bag itself, and under the impact and uniform pressure of the liquid, the bag expands and presses against the inner wall of the supporting metal mesh. The liquid then flows through the filter bag, passes through the metal support mesh, and exits the system, completing the filtration process. Contaminants trapped by the filter media remain inside the bag and are removed when the bag is replaced or cleaned.

This machine is widely used for filtering water, beer, yellow wine, white liquor, fruit wine, gelatin, pharmaceuticals, juice, beverages, chemicals, and other similar liquids. It is typically installed downstream of the filtration unit and uses microporous capture bags to remove residual yeast, particles, fine diatomaceous earth, various complexes, and impurities from the liquid, ensuring that the product meets hygiene standards.

III. Process Requirements
1.To ensure the continuity of your company’s production and to facilitate residue removal during operation, the bag filter is designed with a quick-opening structure. This allows for fast replacement or cleaning of the filter bag without the need to disassemble the piping.
2.The filter bag is a consumable item in the production process. When an abnormally high outlet pressure is detected, the filter bag should be cleaned or replaced promptly to remove residue.
3.Welding is performed using gas-shielded welding. Flow channels must be welded neatly and smoothly without burrs, and all welding must meet sanitary standards. The interior and exterior surfaces of the housing should undergo precision polishing to meet both fluid dynamics and CIP (Clean-in-Place) process requirements.
