妻有ビール installed complete 500l brewery equipment from Tiantai Company, They started brewing in 2018 in Tokamachi City, located in the southern part of Niigata Prefecture, one of the snowiest areas in the country.
They named their beer “Tsumari Beer” after the old name for this area, including Tsunan Town, “Echigo-Tsumari.”Taking advantage of the abundant water resources from melting snow and the environment surrounded by nature,They are challenging ourselves to create recipes that actively incorporate local products, with the theme of brewing locally produced beer, with the aim of creating a beer brewery that will continue for a hundred years to come. We are so proud to be part of their story.
The 500L equipment setup includes a Malt Miller with a capacity of 300 – 500 kg/hr, a 500L Mash Lauter Tun(MLT), 500L Kettle Whirlpool Tun (KWT), and 700L Hot Liquor Tank (HLT) all steam – heated, 4sets 500L fermentation tanks, a 1000L glycol water tank along with glycol water pump, glycol solenoid valves. It also features a instrumental control cabinet , an auto keg filler and an auto keg washer, as well as CIP unit, beer kegs, and all other auxiliary equipment.
