Uchu Brewing, located in Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture, began operations in 2018. The owner visited us in 2017 and selected a complete 1000L microbrewery system from Tiantai Company. This setup included a 2-vessel brewhouse, 1000L fermentation tanks, a brewery cooling unit, and a standard automatic control system.
Through their dedicated efforts and passion for brewing, Uchu Brewing has steadily grown in scale and reputation. As a result of their continued success, they returned to us for additional brewing equipment purchases in 2019 and again in 2022.
