At the heart of BATCH 44’s operation is the 2-vessel brewhouse, a highly versatile setup that combines the mash/lauter tun and the kettle/whirlpool in a streamlined system. This design allows brewers to perform the essential steps of mashing, lautering, boiling, and whirlpooling in two interconnected vessels, reducing the brewery’s footprint while maintaining full process control. With a 10BBL (barrel) capacity per batch, the brewhouse is perfectly sized to enable BATCH 44 to produce a wide range of beer styles, from traditional lagers to bold IPAs and innovative experimental brews.
Complementing the brewhouse are the 10BBL fermentation tanks, carefully engineered vessels where wort is transformed into beer through yeast fermentation.
