Tiantai is proud to establish a partnership with Bières Gayar Brewery, Brewer Jérôme started brewing beer in 2016 as an amateur, for himself and his entourage. His in-depth study of the brewing process and the continuous improvement of the quality gradually made his beer recognized by those around him. In 2022, Jérôme decided to turn his passion into a profession and co-founded Moka Brewery (also known as GAYAR) with his partners and launched the first batch of beers. Starting from a small place, the brewery has now moved to Bras Panon and has greatly increased its production capacity, brewing 1,200 liters per month and a minimum capacity of 4,000 liters per hour. The name of the Gayar Brewery means beauty and pleasure, symbolizing the atmosphere of sharing happy times and festive gatherings with friends..Tiantai provided Stony Creek Brewing with a full set of nanobrewery equipment.
