Raw material preparation

Brewing process
Milling system:
The grain raw materials are crushed into suitable particles. Tiantai provide milling system.
Brewhouse:
The mash wort is heated to a suitable temperature, and gelatinized and enzymatically treated in brewhouse to convert starch into sugar. This step plays a key role in the final alcohol content and taste.
After mashing, the wort is filtered through a filtration system press filter to remove solid residues to obtain clear wort, which is then quickly cooled to a temperature suitable for fermentation.
Fermentation
The cooled wort is sent to a fermentation tank configured by Tiantai, and yeast is added for anaerobic fermentation. The fermentation time is generally 2-4 days, during which alcohol and flavor substances are produced.
Blending and packaging
After fermentation, water, fruit flavor, sugar or spices can be added according to market tastes, and then filled into plastic bottles, glass bottles or aluminum cans through filling equipment.
