This machine includes a moisture adjustment system, slurry water system, cleaning system, soaking system, feeding system, crushing unit, and slurry pump feeding unit.
The malt is sent to the soaking system after impurity removal. It is evenly moistened by hot water spray nozzles, then fed by the feeding rollers to the crushing rollers for grinding. The crushed material is then mixed and stirred with slurry water and pumped into the mash tun.
The core component of the malt crusher is the crushing rollers, which are made of high-chromium alloy materials and processed using special techniques. This gives them high hardness, corrosion resistance, and a long service life. The rollers use an eccentric adjustable structure. The machine features fully automated cleaning and alkali washing. All parts that come into contact with the material are made of stainless steel, meeting food hygiene requirements.

3. Performance and Structural Features:
(1)Easy operation and sensitive control: The water temperature is automatically adjusted by a pneumatic diaphragm valve, ensuring accurate and reliable control. The touch screen provides automatic, manual, and jog operation interfaces, with various operating conditions displayed directly in graphical or Chinese menu form, allowing the operator to easily view fault screens, historical records, etc.
(2)Crushing rollers: Made from special high-chromium stainless steel pipes using a special process, these rollers are wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. The gap adjustment between the rollers is also convenient.
(3)Low requirements for supporting systems: The malt should only be cleaned of impurities, and the water pressure should be above 0.3 MPa. The pressure for the pneumatic components' clean compressed air should be 0.6 MPa to ensure normal operation. If there is a water stoppage or blockage in the discharge, the equipment will automatically shut down.
(4)Special malt soaking feeder rollers: Before feeding, 65°C hot water is evenly sprayed onto the malt through spray pipes. Excess water is discharged through an overflow pipe. The malt, after spraying, is soaked in the soaking chamber for about 1 minute, during which the husk is properly moistened. The malt is then crushed by special toothed rollers, ensuring that the husk is broken but not crushed, meeting the process requirements.
(5)Reasonable spray pipe design and internal polishing treatment ensure that there are no dead spots during washing.
(6)Sealing design: The transition between the roller shaft and the box body is designed with an external seal, preventing the possibility of material accumulation at the ends of the crushing rollers and ensuring product quality.
(7)Adjustable gap between crushing rollers: The gap is adjustable with an eccentric bearing housing.
(8)Stainless steel parts: All components that come into contact with the material are made of stainless steel. The equipment surface is polished, making it aesthetically pleasing and durable.
