Structural Features:
Rinsing Unit – Equipped with high-strength stainless steel spring-loaded bottle grippers, ensuring stable inversion of glass bottles. The plum-blossom–shaped spray nozzles thoroughly clean every part of the sidewalls and bottom, guaranteeing optimal bottle hygiene.
Filling Unit – Features spring-loaded mechanical lifting devices for smooth bottle elevation, supported by a large-bearing turntable within the filling bowl. A guide-rod alignment system ensures precise positioning, and the unit includes a pre-capping function.
Filling Valves – High-precision mechanical valves with cylinder-based liquid level control and back-pressure regulation via proportional variable signals. The system delivers fast, stable, and accurate filling, with a one-time vacuum option.
Capping Mechanism – Utilizes a stainless steel plunger and a magnetic rotary capping head with a rational gland design, ensuring consistent and hygienic capping. Magnetic transmission between the hopper, pick-off unit, and capping station enables reliable sealing, automatic rejection of misfed caps, and a reduced bottle-breakage rate.
Pre-Capping Air Purge – Before capping, a hot-water bubble system displaces air from the bottle neck, limiting residual oxygen content to less than 0.15 mg/L.
Filler Safety Features – Includes an automatic shut-off valve in case of bottle breakage, a broken-bottle washing function, and an automatic foam exhaust system.
CIP Cleaning – Fully integrated CIP capability allows thorough cleaning of filling pipes with acid, alkali, and hot water solutions.
Material Quality – All components in contact with the product (valves, tanks, piping) are constructed from 304 stainless steel, with mirror-polished internal and external surfaces to ensure the highest sanitary standards.
Lubrication – A manual dry-oil lubrication system facilitates convenient and routine equipment maintenance.
Control System – The entire operation is managed via an advanced human-machine interface (HMI), PLC control, and frequency-converter–based stepless speed regulation. Safety interlocks include no-bottle/no-fill, no-cap/no-operate, and other protective features.
