Beer Brewing Process
The mashing process will be finished in Mash Tun, there is agitator inside of Mash Tun, steam heated.The wort filtration process is completed in Lauter Tun, there is false bottom inside of Lauter Tun, automatic lifted spent grain dozer for spent grain out, grain rake with positive inversion control,
bottom mounted rotation motor with VFD speed adjust;
The boiling process is completed in Kettle Tun, with inner heater.

The whirlpool process is completed in whirlpool Tun to better wort clarity, improve hop utilization, efficient solids separation, reduce oxidation risks, and faster cooling. It leads to a cleaner, higher-quality product with more consistent flavors, better hop expression, and reduced waste. For breweries looking to optimize efficiency, reduce variability, and improve product quality, the whirlpool tun is an essential component in modern brewing.
All the temperature is automatic controlled, after you setup the required temperature through the control cabinet, the heating or cooling process will be controlled automatically to reach the setup temperature.
