About brewhouse system, it is a 800L two vessel brewhouse with 800L hot liquor tank.
Brewhouse control cabinet is mounted on the work platform for easy operation.
The electrical parts are with LS,Schneider, ABB,MW, Omron etc with CE certifications. The VFD brand is DELTA with CE, the temp-controller is Autonics with CE certification.
About the work platform, it is designed according to brewery layout.
The material is stainless steel with holes, except this, we also have stainless steel with waves.

There is a 8M2 Heat Exchanger.
Before the heat exchanger pipe, there is one pipe filter to protect heat exchanger from trub in wort. After the heat exchanger ,there is inline O2 blending with wort.
Water Mixing Station
There are two manual adjustable diaphragm valves separately for cold water line and hot water line, bimetallic thermometer WIKA Germany for temperature display to control the temperature and flow easily.
There is one flow meter to measure the mashing water and sparging water, this is special requires.If your brewing water is treated via RO water treatment, we use turbine flow meter , which is available for pure water.If not, we use IFM flow meter.

Manually lifted spent grain dozer for spent grain out, grain rake with positive inversion control and VFD control to adjust speed. All brewhouse pumps are also with VFD control.
About interior treatment, it is the important point for brewers, very important for the brewing beer.
Inside polishing to 0.2~0.4 μm without dead corner and completely acid washing and passivation. We use 100% TIG welding with pure argon gas shield.
