Sobolo or zobo drink is very popular drink in West Africa. Tiantai company provide sobolo brewing equipment, include mini brewing equipment, micro brewing equipment and commercial brewing equipment. How to make sobolo or even Bisap by Tiantai brewing equipment?
Here are the steps for as below:
Got one pineapple two oranges two lemons and some ginger
Got one packet of dried hibiscus leaves or sorrel leaves
Got 50 grams of grains of selling 10 grams of dried pepper
Got 10 grams of peppercorns 15 grams of cloves and 4 cinnamon stick or 13 grams I have also cut one and half cup of brown sugar and the sugar is optional.
Let's get started.
Sobolo, Sobolo Brewing Equipment, mini brewing equipment, micro brewing equipment, commercial brewing equipment
Start by washing my pineapple because I am going to use the pineapple skin so make sure you take your time and wash it properly and of course I am also going to wash my lemon ginger and oranges.
Wash my hibiscus leaves or harvest flowers and you see that some of the color will come out but that's not a problem.
So now I am going to start with my pineapple so I'm going to cut both ends, peel my pineapple because I'm going to use the pineapple skin, very important in making sobolo.
So I've got all my pineapple peels now and I'm going to put it in Tiantai cooking tun brewhouse and make sure you're using a large enough cooking vessel.
Now I am going to just cut my oranges into slices I am not going to peel my oranges and oranges contain a lot of vitamin c it boosts your immune system it also protects cells from damage so do is oranges so I'm now going to put it in my cooking run and i am going to do the same thing with my lemon so I'm using two lemons but you can use even more .
Oranges lemons contain a whole lot of vitamin c it helps with weight loss so it's just good to eat lemons and then I'm gonna add my ginger. It stops acid free flows it also adds in weight loss.
So I've added my ginger lemon and oranges and now I'm going to add my dried leaves and also my blended pineapple.
And now i am also going to add my spices so cloves grains of sealing dried pepper cinnamon and peppercorns and i am going to add water so i am making a lot of sobolo so for this recipe i am going to add more water.
Stir it and leave it to boil for about 45 minutes on a medium heat to low.

so this is my so below here and you can see it's boiling and it has been on the stove for about 20 minutes and i'm going to leave it for the remaining 20 minutes.
After that, filtered in lauter tun or used by a press filter machine, extract all the nutrients I am not leaving anything behind. Cooling by heat exchanger, then transfer to bright tank for cool down and storage. It can be filled into cans or bottles now!
