Yeast Addition
Usually, the yeast is stored by ice water of 0.5-2℃.Under normal circumstances, the higher the concentration of wort, the lower the fermentation temperature, the higher the yeast use algebra, the higher the amount of added.
In China, 10-12 Plato wort yeast addition is generally 0.4%~0.6%(7-9 Plato wort is 0.3%~0.4%, 13-15 Plato wort is 0.5%-0.7%).
The concentration of cells in the wort after yeast addition is(1.5~1.5)* 10,0000000/ml.
