It is a 1000L brewery that based on direct fire heating, the whole microbrewery equipment based on three vessel brewhouse. The separated mash tun and lauter tun makes the beer brewing process more flexible. The whole brewhouse unit with durable platform, the brewer could access to each tank when standing on it.
