How to Force Carbonate Your Beer With Tiantai Beer Fermentataion Tank?

What is Force Carbonation at your beer brewing process? For a professional microbrewery beer equipment, how to force carbonate with TIANTAI beer fermentation tank or bright beer tank? What’s the difference of homebrew and professional business brewery brewing? Let’s check together.

Instead of feeding the leftover yeast additional sugars to naturally creat CO2
within the bottle, you can directly infuse CO2 into the beer from a gas cylinder. This is referred to as force carbonation or the act of “force-carbing”, and is an overall faster process than bottle carbonation with less room for error.

There are two main methods for force carbonating a homebrew keg, both of which are very similar with the main difference being the amount of time it takes to carbonate.
With both methods, we’ll assume that you are using a standard homebrewing-type Cornelius Keg
that is fitted with ball lock-style liquid and gas posts. This type of keg is by far the most common and recommended serving vessel for homebrewers when it comes to kegging their own beer.

For a professional microbrewery to carbonate how should the brewers do the procedure?
TIANTAI beer equipment manufacturer suggests when the pressure is small in the fermenter, about 0.14Mpa, connecting the CO2 steel bottle With our carbonation stone to fill the CO2.

Some brewers will asked “so before putting the beer I put it sanitized inside and take it out after I have kettled.  how can i determine how much coal?”

For example, usually the pressure of fermenter is 2 bar, when the pressure is lower than 1bar, now you should fill the CO2 to raise the pressure to 2bar. This is one situation for your reference.

Another situation is, the early stage of beer fermenting, you want to have a beer with CO2 quickly, now you also can fill CO2 and drain CO2 to let the CO2 enter the beer and then to reach this purpose.

As a professional beer brewing system manufacturer, Tiantai beer equipment company welcome your proposal! Learning more requires from brewery beer brewing process, upgrading more specification on beer machinery to improve the brewing system, brewhouse, beer fermenters, brite tank.....etc. Looking forward your reply.
